Our products have a 12months warranty .
All Product Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee
All Canceled orders are subject to a 20% Administrative Fee
All order Cancellations due to change of mind are subject to a 20% cancellation Fee
If the product has been fitted and you change your mind return/restocking will subject to 20% providing there is no damage to the product.
Must be returned in original packaging in as sent condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
no refunds will be accepted after 90 days of purchase.
Our policy has set limits and its based on product, that has not been opened or fitted. if it has been used or attempted to be fitted we will not accept a return..
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ecoffroad.com.au. If your return is accepted, Please send back to EC Off Road Fact 1/2 Melrich Rd Bayswater Vic 3153 , as well as letter on what you would like to do. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, paint, exterior finish, or any labor costs incurred in the diagnosis of defects, removal or re installation of a product, nor does it cover any other contingent expenses.
We will also not reimburse any installations made from an installer if a product is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not send out replacement products without receiving the faulty/damaged product first. We will not issue a exchange without receiving original product back first.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
